1. Acceptance of goods by the hirer or his authorised representatives, shall be acknowledged by written receipt. 2. During the period of hire, the hirer is responsable for the hired goods and must insure against all risks. Including when goods are in transit. 3. The hirer undertakes to keep the hired items in good condition and return them thus. 4. The cost of repairs/replacement of goods damaged or lost during the hire period will be charged to the hirer. 5. Delivery and collection of goods are not included in the hire charge. 6. Goods damaged beyond repair will be disposed of if not collected within 10 days. 7. Goods not returned by the due date will be invoiced for extended hire until such time as the goods are returned or the replacement value of the goods are recieved. 8. Credit accounts - 28 DAYS NET 9. Where a special hire charge is agreed, it shall be settled whithin 14 DAYS from the invoicedate, otherwise the normal hire charge will be applied. 10. All electrical items are subject to a Portable Appliance Test. This will be charged to the hirer. 11. A cancellation charge of 10% will be made for orders cancelled more than 24 hours before collection date, and a charge of 33% of hire for cancellation notification received less than 24 hours before collection date, or if the goods are not collected. 12. All items will be sent with digital images to prove their good condition. 13. Any clearances required, shall be sought by the hirer. High End Hire Limited are not liable for any product clearance (this includes software and all playback footage). Where possible we will debrand products. |
